Once I have received your photos and decided on a portrait design, a deposit of AUD $250 secures your commission. Full payment is then required to begin work. I’m also happy to accept monthly instalments, beginning my work when the final instalment is received. Payment is by bank transfer or Paypal.

Pricing is all-inclusive, except for framing, which I leave to your discretion, as it greatly depends on décor and personal taste. Photos of your finished artwork will be sent for approval prior to delivery. Please review these images to ensure you’re completely satisfied before I ship your canvas. I’m always happy to discuss and make adjustments. The listed prices include packaging and worldwide shipping. Paintings are shipped stretched and flat, never rolled. I personally oversee the protective wrapping and presentation of each portrait package to ensure it arrives beautifully prepared. Portraits are sent with email track advice and full insurance.

How long will my portrait take to arrive?

Some portraits take longer than others. Oil paint needs time to dry. On average, a painting will take 3 to 6 weeks for completion. I provide regular updates on how a work is progressing.

Can I arrange a portrait as a gift?

Most certainly. If it’s for a special date, please try to give plenty of notice. You can organise the gift as a surprise yourself by reading the ‘Choosing the Perfect Photo of your Pet’ section of the Pet Portraits page and sending a photo of the pet you would like painted. Alternatively, if you wish to purchase a voucher for the painting size, I’ll send this to the recipient and await instructions.
